# NoteEditor

> Clinical note editor with note type, category, and practice setting.

# NoteEditor

A clinical note editor supporting multiple note types, document status management, category tagging, and practice setting.

## Usage

## Props

## Form Fields

| Field            | Description                                                                                            |

| Note type        | Progress note, consultation, discharge summary, H\&P, operative, procedure, referral, transfer summary |
| Document status  | Draft (preliminary), final, amended                                                                    |
| Category         | Free-text category tag (e.g. "cardiology", "oncology")                                                 |
| Practice setting | Clinical specialty context (e.g. "cardiology", "family-medicine")                                      |
| Title            | Note title / description                                                                               |
| Content          | Clinical note content (supports plain text and markdown)                                               |

| `operative-note`       | 11504-8    | Surgical procedure note      |
| `procedure-note`       | 28570-0    | Non-surgical procedure note  |
| `referral-note`        | 57133-1    | Referral documentation       |
| `transfer-summary`     | 18761-7    | Patient transfer summary     |

## Proxy Action
