Use this endpoint to permanently remove a clinical note from the system. Deletion cannot be undone — if you need to retract a note without losing the record, consider setting docStatus to amended via the update endpoint instead.

Response

Returns 204 No Content with an empty body on success. If the note does not exist or does not belong to your tenant, the API returns 404 Not Found.
