Acceptable use

By using ClinikAPI you agree not to:
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access another tenant’s data.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the service.
  • Exceed rate limits through automated means.
  • Store non-clinical data in HealthLake datastores.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without written permission from ClinikAPI.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for complying with HIPAA when your application handles PHI.

Service level

ClinikAPI targets 99.9% API uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Live status and incident history are available at status.clinikapi.com.

Billing and overages

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Overages beyond your plan’s included request limit are billed at $0.003 per request. Plan pricing is listed at clinikapi.com.

Support

Support is provided through the Developer Dashboard and via email. Response time SLAs vary by plan. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support with contractual SLAs.

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you store through ClinikAPI. ClinikAPI does not claim any rights to your clinical data. Upon account closure, your data is deleted within 30 days.
